Everyone needs someone to relate to.
My community and voluntary projects are at the heart of what I do. I am passionate about creating Safe Spaces where families can come together, share their experiences, and feel supported. In these spaces, we can explore fresh perspectives on behaviour, helping us to better understand our children, young people, and even ourselves.
One of the most powerful aspects of these gatherings is the chance for adults to engage in relatable conversations. When we share our challenges and experiences, we normalise our experiences and feel less isolated. These relatable exchanges create a sense of belonging and support, enabling us to learn from each other. By coming together, we build a strong network that empowers us and positively influences our children and community. Together, we can create an environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to thrive.
NEW: WINTER WELL-BEING APPEAL 2025/2026
For the 3rd year running, i want to raise funds to cover the costs of families getting out over the cold, winter months. I would also like to fund an accessible Christmas party event, in collaboration with Caterpillar Music West Lothian.
I NEED YOUR HELP TO RAISE THE FUNDS:
Can you run a football card for us?
Can you do a bake sale or your own sponsored event?
Last Winter, we covered a whopping 75 sessions at Aerial Adventures. Donations covered the cost of soft play entry, a coffee and a cake for one adult and child, throughout January & February. We also ran two Christmas events in collaboration with Caterpillar Music (West Lothian), providing snacks, all at no extra costs to families.
If you know of any businesses, third sector organisations or venues who would like to collaborate or donate services for our Winter Well-being Appeal, get in touch.
